Great staff. Location is excellent and close to shopping and restaurants. Clean and comfortable. AC unit was loud, bed was too soft. The breakfast was just ok but cost extra.

Exceptional

Front desk staff friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Parking lot area below our room was being re-paved on check-out day; parking lot leading to front of hotel was blocked. No notice given or directional signs posted for exiting property, so had to go ask front desk. One of staff took the trouble to walk with us to show how to exit property. Much appreciated. Bathroom: no exhaust fan — smelly after use; steamy after bath. Tub water drain not working well, so standing in “dirty” soapy bath water during shower. Both shower curtains not water-proof, so water absorbed by curtains soaked shower rug and overflowed onto toilet area floor. Walls were paper-thin. You could hear conversations of people in adjacent rooms and those walking by the room along the aisle, probably on their way to their rooms. Windows were no better; you can hear cars and motorcycle zooming by on parking lot below; not helpful during after-hours sleep time. No advanced notice given regarding repaving of parking lot outside our window: loud equipment noise starting before waking hours. Also check-out day, so had to park vehicle on other parking lot a distance from entry to building. No ramp from building exit to parking lot; had to carry luggage down a flight of stairs.

The hotel exceeded expectations. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. (especially Trey) The buffet breakfast had great selections and the wait staff service was very attentive.

Exceptional

The room was very clean and the toiletries were excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I did not use the pool, so I cannot comment on that. The breakfast was very nice - scrambled eggs, bagels, pastries, bacon, sausage, cereal and good coffee. If you are looking for a nice hotel in Culver City, The Four Points Sheraton is a great option. Best of all, it's a 2-3 minute walk to the Westside Mall that has lots of restaurants and shopping.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a really convenient location near LAX, Santa Monica, and major shopping areas. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and parking was easy. Perfect option if you want a quieter area while still being close to everything in Los Angeles. Would definitely stay here again!

staff and breakfast

I had to stay in this hotel for a few nights due to plumbing issues at home. I could not have been more pleased with this hotel from the kind, helpful and sympathetic front desk people (Nataly, Letina and Trey) to the onsite bar with the awesome bartender Zander to the heated swimming pool. This hotel is right across the street from a shopping mall and restaurants and has a reasonably priced parking lot that is easy to get in and out of (a huge plus in Los Angeles)! The room was a great size, comfortable and even had a little chaise to sit or lie on. I would recommend it to anyone visiting L.A. and/or wanting to be near LAX but not too near. Thank you!
