We arrived to the hotel around 7pm and checked in. We received our room 3036, and tried to have the kids shower but the shower was spraying all over the place. Maintenance was contacted and could not fix the problem, but said someone would be up shortly to replace the shower head. Over an hour went by and we had contacted them twice and were given very rude responses... We had our kids shower in a family members room, but still no luck getting our shower fixed.. I went to the front desk to complain almost 11pm, and talked to a very nice guy at the front desk who apologized for the inconvenience and stated he would put in the hotel notes that we should receive a 30% refund for the room but I would have to contact Booking.com to get it... I did that and Booking.com said they could not reach an agreement with the property and that they were giving me a $37 credit... Not what was discussed with the front desk, so either property is lying or Booking.com is... Either way $37 credit not acceptible.

Comfortable beds and very clean The parking rates were ridiculous for hotel guests and if they are going to charge those rates it should be for in and out privileges.

Everything so wonderful there! Beautiful, comfortable, clean, staff was so very helpful and kind, 24hr. cafe a huge +. Can't wait to stay there again.

first time at this hotel and it was okay, tv wasn’t working and we couldn’t find the QR code and the staff were decent but sort of rude. runway view was amazing and beds were comfortable and the burgers were delicious

Check-in was a breeze. Airport shuttle at check-out had a very long queue.

The hotel and shuttle are very convenient to LAX. The restaurant was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and our room was comfortable and quiet. I would recommend that they update the bathrooms, however, as the fixtures, exhaust fan, etc. need refurbishment. Overall, a very good stay.
