The property was clean, room was clean and fresh, staff was friendly. Parking is EXPENSIVE!!

For an airport hotel not bad but it is an airport hotel. If you don’t have an early flight then look elsewhere otherwise the free and frequent shuttle to the airport is very convenient.

The staff was very helpful. It was a long day lotta traffic. They were very welcoming. My phone had died. They allowed me to charge my phone so I could pull up my information about the room. It just was a relief from all of the stress we had went to Universal Studios, which was far away from the hotel, but it was worth the drive because the room was very clean and the staff is very nice.

Breakfast was very good and location was close to the airport and had shuttle service.

Waiting for shuttle at LAX for over an hour, asked to leave a 100 dollar deposit, room was tatty, bathroom had peeling vinyl wallpaper,and what seemed to be black mould in the grout, TV wall had a damaged unpainted patch, needing repair, breakfast was SATISFACTORY.
