Rooms were really clean and staff was very friendly. Didn't like that we couldn't park our car in front of hotel to unload our suitcases. Hotel did not provide parking. There was very limited parking. Very inconvenient check-in process.

This hotel was true perfection! The room was surprisingly roomy and had excellent amenities. The staff was so kind and very helpful. My family and I loved every single thing about our stay! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Beautiful place as Home, the bed was very confortable, the pilows great, i Love the fragance of the soap and amenities. Very close to a metro station, rounded by manu restaurants.

The hotel and surrounding area felt safe during the day when I walked nearby. In the evening, I used Ubers and Waymo for transportation, so I can’t comment on the neighborhood’s safety at night. Noise levels were reasonable overall. An ambulance passed around 4:30 a.m., but aside from that, the air-conditioning unit provided steady background noise that helped mask any sounds from outside.

Being on 14th floor facing the rooftop patio .. Saturday and Sunday night were not the best for getting a good sleep. A soft thin pillow would add points for people who cant sleep with big pillows.
