Aloft by Marriott Louisville Downtown

While it was basically a nice experience there was little to no quick prepackaged breakfast options for people with a tree nut/peanut allergy. But they were very accommodating as its was my wife’s birthday and Father’s Day. Would go back as this was a “staycation” for us.

The check in reception clerks were very nice at approx 4:30 pm. We were back at the hotel after an event at approx 11:15 and the clerks then were not very nice/helpful. The water in the lobby was empty and not refilled for guests. The coffee in the morning on the lobby was all gone by 11 am. The room air conditioner did not cool the room enough. It was still warm after setting air to lowest option and my girls were warm sleeping. Other than that, room was clean and beds were comfortable

Had a modern vibe. Very clean, very helpful staff. Wonderful view of downtown. The only issue we thought was the bathroom. The pocket door to the wet room didn't close all the way and looked to be intentional. Also the layout of the shower door made it that you had to reach in to turn the shower on and therefore couldn't turn it on without getting wet somehow. And the towel rack was behind the shower door so you had to step out to get your towel, or leave it on the floor. Minor things but seems like would be easy fixes. Overall very nice hotel and excellent proximity to the Yum Center

Pros: they do not charge a fee for a pet. Otherwise, there is no motivation to stay at Aloft by Marriott Downtown Louisville

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The water in the shower leaked out all over the floor while showering. Lights for the bathroom light up the whole room in the middle of the night/morning--An open wall between the bathroom and bed doesn't seem ideal. Coffee outlet didn't work. No microwave. A.C unit made noises. The street was very loud overnight.

Went to a concert at the YUM Center and this was the perfect location! Clean and friendly, helpful staff.

Easy check in, beds were comfortable, the little convenience food and drink area was great. Would stay here again!

Loved the vibe of the lobby and bar area. Hotel was clean and super convenient to the KFC Yum Center to walk to for the concert we attended. Highly recommend!

We booked a room with two queens but received a room with king and pullout. No sheets for pullout and had to ask several times for the sheets and pillows. Shower had no shampoo and again asked a couple times to fill up shampoo. Once pullout was set up For bed there was no room to walk around. Went to make some tea in the breakfast area the “hot” water container was cole water. It was a good location to our activities.

Super comfortable, super friendly, super convenient to the downtown. Nuf said.

Good location for a stay in downtown Louisville... parking was expensive ($50/night) but other than that no complaints!

Great location!

This is a perfect hotel to stay in while you are visiting the distilleries. It is close to everything you need. The staff was amazing!! If you do bring your dog, plan for a little bit of a walk to take them potty, because there is no grass on site. But other than that, it was perfect:)
