Luxury accommodations in every way… food is delicious, service is top notch. Only issue is the noise! Traffic noise was loud and constant all night. Very disruptive to sleep. I would have thought this property would have much better insulation.

This hotel was beautiful. The room was perfect and comfy with lots of extra details. We were there during a busy time and they took security of hotels guests seriously and kept traffic within the hotel very monitored. The customer service was above and beyond. I would stay here again and wish this hotel was in every city I visited!

Beautiful nice hotel but they overbooked our room (I had booked 4 months ahead). Four people ended up in a king room. Very little help and pretty much told me I was screwed and had to make do. Not a good experience.

Perfect location… most well thought out room I’ve stayed in! Loved the decor, the closet space, the bathroom with separate water closet, the wide desk and sitting area. Nice bar and great food at rooftop bar. Two pools, super nice staff.. a winner! Perfect really..

Room was well appointed and clean. Loved the bed that lit up when you got up at night so you didn't fall. We were there for Thunder over Louisville. It was well done.

I would definitely choose this hotel every time for future stays. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was perfect. Very clean and smells amazing. The rooftop restaurant/lounge served the BEST burger I’ve ever had, suggested by a gentleman at the front desk upon check in.
