Embassy Suites Louisville Downtown

The Breakfast bar was the best I ever had. They had flavored creamer, and a lot high end restaurants don't have flavor creamer. The room was big. I had an accessible room, and I was able to move around the room with my rollator.

The staff were very professional and friendly. Plus, this location was convenient; walking distant to many restaurants, 4th Street Live, Muhammad Ali Museum Center, distillery tours and Louisville Slugger Center.

The breakfast is the best I had!! A chef preparing our favorite omelet? Wow! Definitely will stay with them in my next trip. Gina Taylor

Property looks very nice. The common spaces are very nice. We were unable to use Valet parking as it was full. Parking there is a parking ramp about 2 blocks away. The room was small. The room temperature was warm for out liking, I assume the thermostat is a dummy one, it definitely wasn’t 65. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable according to my 14 year old, who never has complained about them in the past. The other bed was ok, but I woke up with bites on my arms and legs clustered in a line indicative of bed bugs. I suggest checking the beds before getting settled.

Loved that it was connected to a CVS. Very convenient and walking distance to everything.

I will be late arriving to my family reunion due to lack of sleep. It took three calls to the front desk and my husband knocking on their door before the noise quiet down.

The hotel was beautiful and awesome! Would be nice to have a heated pool the water was cold.

This is an older property in downtown Louisville that is fully maintained. We loved the location which was centrally located for bourbon hunting. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely stay at this property again.

There is no longer an arcade room as advertised on Hotels.com but that's ok. There's free hors derves and free breakfast. The room was very nice. Well worth it.

Huge renovated rooms and bathrooms. Connected to cvs and right downtown. Tv seemed to be broken but I survived one night just fine without.

I'd suggest avoiding the interior rooms that overlook the inside of the building. Very dark.

Everything was perfect but parking lot around the hotel. It confused the lot signs and my car towed a way and got back midnight before we checked out. Law, law it's not very convenient for the tourists at all.
