Room was nice. Breakfast was good. Expected room to be cleaned while out, but never was, only trash emptied once

Very clean. Normally older hotels like this aren't cleaned well. This one was. Only think I wish is more healthy options for breakfast like fresh fruit.

Cleaning staff will clean upon request and they chance the towels every day. They missed taking the trash every day though, but we told the front desk and immediately they put the request. We didn’t use the pool. Im picky but this affordable and clean hotel did the job. Walking distance to restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Needs better vending machines

Everything looking clean the staff is very nice.

The pool and hot tub both had water in them and it was an indoor pool but we couldn't swim because it was closed for some reason.

The evening host at check-in, ‘Ameida’ was pleasant and fantastic! The hotel was quiet and peaceful! Comfy pillows/beds. Good price!

Breakfast was so so

The woman at the front desk, Amita, was very friendly and welcoming to myself and my family. We ran into an issue at another hotel we planned to stay at for our trip to Louisville, so we booked at Quality Inn last minute. We were able to book 2 rooms with no issue, and we were so grateful for their availability. The first morning we stayed there, we accidentally confused the hours for the continental breakfast. Amita took the time to bring everything back out for us so we could eat breakfast. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location of the hotel had many bars, restaurants, and stores close by. It was also only about a 15-20 minute drive to Churchill Downs, where we enjoyed the Kentucky Derby. I highly recommend!

Almost everything was really good. Our remote to tv didn't work. Staff couldn't get it to work. It wasn't a big deal we were there for the Derby so we weren't in the room much only to clean up and sleep. Clean property staff friendly. Good stay

smelled like butt & smoke, burn holes & ash everywhere, grass on the bed, hole in the door, major burn on the carpet, hadn't been vacuumed, smelled like ass if i didn't mention that, exposed pipes, i mean jesus christ

This area is great for people on work trips to Louisville. About a quarter mile from the freeway, giving relatively quick access to all parts of the Louisville metro. A gas station between the hotel and freeway which is a great convenience during the morning rush. When the work day is done just head back to the hotel and you have plenty of options just down the road,within walking distance if needed, to get a good meal. This is a quality hotel at a quality price. Thanks for a good stay.

I thought this place was a great value.

It was just a brief stay; we showed up late at night and left early in the morning, but the room was clean, the beds were soft, and the showers were nice. No complaints here.

Price was tripled due to a special event. First room assigned thick with cigarette smell, even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. Got another room. It smelled like mold and mildew. The AC made it even worse. Strong. But the bathroom was worse thancthat - smelled like strong stale urine. The carpet felt sticky to the feet.
