The brochure pictures are OUTDATED by 40 years. We paid before we arrived which really was a mistake for this motel. I say 'motel' because all the rooms had outside doors. There was no coffee/tea offered anywhere. Not in the reception or the room. No continental breakfast offered, at all. The crickety old rusting stairway was scary to go up and/or down. The room was dingy, the carpet felt gummy, forcing us to wear our shoes. The towels weren't white, they looked and felt old, worn down, ready for the rag bag. The front window drape was torn, didn't hang right, and the ac was either too cold or too muggy. We stayed just 2 nights which was honestly 2 nights too much. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Ask to see your room BEFORE paying.

Don't get your money back when you don't stay because of roaches
-
They have roaches so I lose money cuz I won't stay

If you don’t mind roaches you can stay here. Every 10 seconds there was a roach coming out of a crack. It was pretty gross

I don't know that there is anything to like about this place besides rhe exit back onto the interstate. Between the roaches, the dirty sheets, the signs of previous break-ins on the front door, the holes in the wall, busted tile and torn carpet, it is kind of hard to pick just one bad thing.

Nothing-avoid this place I paid in advance for my room but when I came there they said that they don’t have any free rooms…

The room flooded, foul liquid spewed out of the air conditioner unit. I projectile vomited uncontrollably & started having bloody diarrhea! I was but by rodents (inside the room) they are through my shoes and all of my belongings were completely damaged! I found dead mice in my shoes. I reported this to the office and started I thought there was a broken water mail. Dirt and grime started rising from the carpet in the room. I couldn't breathe. It was really hard to catch my breath. I went to the sink and started to get some water and I cut my finger on a peace of glass that was there from the previous room resident. Apparently the room had not been cleaned after the previous person checked out. There was usine in the commode when I arrived. The shower had pubic hairs and body fluids all over it! My body started to swell up and blisters formed on my feet and skin. All my belongings were completely destroyed! The manager had me move to another room , however I had nothing protective to wear over my feet. I explained this to him and he didn't care. He made me walk to the marathon gas station and back to the room in my bare feet. I stepped on rocks and glass and there was fresh blood splattered over the entrance to my room and enroute to the room there were used syranges on the ground. I went into the new room for a few minutes and was notified by the housekeeper that the manager wanted me to leave the new room. She stated there had been a death and I wasn't able to abide in the new room. The manager proceeded to verbally abuse me. All of this is recorded on the camera. I also had to go to the emergency room for an evaluation & to make a statement. I'm also getting a second evaluation. I came to the hospital & told the Dr I was assaulted. He acted like he didn't believe me & he and end and staff kept staring & saying she's schizophrenic. They barely evaluated me. The Dr didn't even do a physical.

This place honestly shouldn’t even exist. From the time we arrived (after 2:30 and check in is supposed to be at 2) it was a crap show. Our rooms weren’t ready because they had to call the police to kick out people who refused to leave from 6 different rooms. That I later found out were alleged prostitutes. We went to late lunch and came back and one room wasn’t ready and the room they gave us wasn’t acceptable. We had a concert to go to so we figured that would give sufficient time to prepare the rooms. Got there after the show and it took her over 40 minutes to check us in. I then realized I was charged 3 times instead of 2 for the 2 rooms. I was told to dispute it with the bank. We went to check out our rooms and there were remnants of bed bug poop on the box spring. Under the bed looked like it had never been cleaned and there was a needle cap outside the door on the welcome mat. The other room was for my step daughter and she opened the door to find there was someone already in the room. That was my last straw. I was told they may or may not refund me. I will dispute with my bank. Nightmare of a place. Do not stay there.
-
Rooms had roaches and black mold and roach carcasses in the corners of the walls the fridge leaked the shower head leaked the toilet flushed when it wanted to the staff was on drugs and rude very unprofessional
-
The rooms are clean, perhaps a bit dated. However if budget conscious, this is the place. Spacious well lighted parking always near your room.
-
The employee 3rd shift. Was extremely nice, very detailed ilon info about the hotel policy and area. 1st shift. The older black woman is very rude and nasty with people.
-
Nothing it was disgusting Smelly, owner is an abusive husband, the women are forced to work there. Horrible neighborhood, I didn't even stay the night I left after opening the room.

Parking was ok. Entrance & exit to facility was very difficult & potholes need attention. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Don't know what amenities were supposed to be but don't believe there were any. Other guests were inconsiderate for sleep. For the price, guess we couldn't expect better. Could have had brochures in the room or offered when checking in. Had little information regarding nearby shops.

I was scared after reading the reviews online. Even prepared to stay in my car even thou we had booked a room. We weren't bombarded with what the online reviews had said at all. Yes very outdated...bed was not comfy at all period. Better than sleeping in my car. Had microwave and fridge. Bed was not great at all period... That's my biggest major complaint period....felt like someone had dropped a 200 lb weight from 20 foot in the air on the left side of the bed...
