Staff was super friendly. However majority of the light fixtures in the hallways had cobwebs on them and the floor to my room was super sticky and dirty

My stay was great. I recommend this place for anyone to stay.The staff was polite and the hotel was clean.

Everything is great except for breakfast. It's the same every day—rather than switching up the eggs, it’s always scramble, and the lunch meat is always ham. wish they were like most hotels where they change it up from scramble to omelettes and sausage to bacon, but they don’t have that here. Breakfast is also very limited and cold as they don’t have the heating pans that most hotels have..

The property had poor ac. There were ac problems in the lobby the elevator and some rooms.

Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. No microwave in rooms making it inconvenient to go to lobby to warm food. Breakfast needs major update. There isn't a variety like most hotels that offer buffet style breakfast.

Location is basically a older hotel that renovations have started on. Partially finished. It was ok, but probably would not stay there again Limited parking

The woman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Pulling up to the exterior of the hotel was not very welcoming.

Th beds and bathroom The property needs focus in cleaning, floors dirty, elevator floor needed repair , lobby was hot not air

I stayed in a handicap room, and the walk-in shower drained out the bathroom door. I did bring it to the front desk's attention. They knew already. I just asked for extra towels to soak up the water everywhere. You can tell they are trying to make it look upgraded but if you look closely, they didn't replace, just painted over items. No pool, but had a washer and dryer. The breakfast was lacking, with not a lot of fresh choices. Forks/knives provided were the cheapest, bent even when trying to spread cream cheese. For the cost, there could be a lot more quality upgrades.

Problem with the lady in in Charge of breakfast settings I was warming up my oatmeal in microwave I cleaned the glass plate on counter after cleaning I put on there to dry and she said what is that and she said it twice.

I had a great stay here. They served a real breakfast, and the entire property was spotless. My room was especially comfortable and clean, and well maintained. I usually stick with larger hotel chains because smaller ones can be hit or miss, but this place completely exceeded my expectations. I’d absolutely stay here again.
