The bed was uncomfortable

We could not use any of the amenities because the washers and dryers are too high! The beds were cheap too! They were only full not queen size.

Becarefull the whole hotel stinks bad i dont like it, people make a lot a noise is not right

The lady at the front desk was amazing, however, the hotel was very outdated. Everything looked old and dirty. We didn't even put our belongings down upon arrival, instead we walked in the room and walked right back out. It smelled like cigarettes and looked like a run down homeless shelter.

And then there were the roaches. Not just one or two—I’m talking about multiple sightings throughout my stay. Seeing bugs crawling around your room at night is beyond unacceptable. It made it nearly impossible to feel comfortable or safe. The smell made everything worse. It wasn’t just unpleasant—it felt unhealthy to even be in the room for long. Between the odor and the bugs, I couldn’t bring myself to stay. I ended up leaving and having to find another place at the last minute, which was stressful and completely avoidable if basic standards had been met. Customer service didn’t make things any better. When I brought up the issues, the staff seemed completely uninterested and dismissive, like they’d heard it all before and just didn’t care. No urgency, no apology, no effort to fix anything. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless you’re okay with dirty conditions, bugs, and terrible service. Save your money and your sanity—stay somewhere else.

Clean suites. Great if you are working in Louisville. Lots of parking. On the nice side of town.

Checkin was 3:00 however at 3:30 the room wasnt ready and had to wait until 4:00 which caused us to run late for the event we went to KY for. For some odd reason there was about 6 inches from the head of the bed to the wall and the pillows were positioned at the foot of the bed. There was only a think blanket on one of the bed and only a sheet on the other. We brought our own blankets so that was fine. It looked like cleaning efforts were made however that room could use a good scrubbing. The building smelled like mildew and cigarettes. Overall, I’d say it was a dump. I paid $150 which is triple what this stay was worth.

Passable
-
Staff was friendly, room was dirty and woke up to cockroaches crawling around.
-
Staff were very hospitable and the room had everything I could want in an extended stay hotel. Close enough to have some good quick food options and out of the way of the main road just enough so entering and exiting isn’t a nightmare.
