Pleasant staff. A little narrow on the space for wheelchair by the bed in the roll in shower room. Also, there is a towel holder to close to the toilet for someone to stand without bumping their head. I'm only 5'6 and it was hard to avoid.

Everything was clean and well maintained the only thing that we didn’t like was that the tub had a bow in the wall where it was coming loose but it was clean and the sofa and chairs looked to be a little worn but we didn’t use any way just to lay out clothes. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The stay at this comfort inn was overall excellent. Our room was quiet and we were able to get a good nights rest after a busy day with travel. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The carpeting was a little dirty, maybe better vacuuming, but not terrible. In the morning, there was a nice array of offerings for breakfast, and I was able to use the gym treadmill and elliptical. If I ever had to stay in Macon again, I’d choose this Comfort Inn.

Location Very old in all aspects, noisy AC, old carpet, dirty lobby furnitures, low quality bath tissue roll, etc.

I did not stay there because the lady at the front desk refused our reservation number I had to go to a totally different hotel with no reservation please don’t charge for this since it was not my fault

Very friendly front desk reception. Val was very welcoming and helpful. Price for amenities and location was more than fair. Almost every surface of our room felt sticky and dirty. There was a huge dead bug on the bathroom floor and 2 pills on the floor beside the bed, so obviously not vacuumed/swept thoroughly. There were about 5 tissues left in the tissue box and no extra to replace, and they were needed. We had the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the outside of the door, but at 8:45am housekeeping knocked on our door asking to get in to clean even though we weren't ready to check out yet.
