AC was out, pool was opaque, room had a used towel in it, and check in took over 30 minutes

There is black mold! Do not stay here! My room was disgusting and there was an ac until room for the whole floor in there that someone must have forgotten to lock with black mold all over! We packed our stuff up and left and the owner refused to give a refund. We went to the avid hotel just down the road for the same price and it was so nice! Definitely recommend staying there! These room were rough before finding the black mold. The rooms have old dirty carpets and furniture that wasn't clean enough to even want to put my luggage on. I've stayed at a country inn and suites before that was much nicer but this one is privately owned so it doesn't need to be kept to any standard apparently. I would have slept in my car before staying here. The only good thing they had was that the front desk girl was very nice and sympathetic.

This was a stopover spot while traveling. I missed the breakfast time because of my late arrival time. The hotel was quiet, clean and right off the highway.

Most things were good. The hot tub was broke. My back was bothering me and I picked this place because it had a hot tub.

LOCATION WAS GREAT. BED WAS HARD ROOM WAS ON FOURTH FLOOR AND HOT! AIR CONDITIONING RAN ABOUT FIFTEEN MINUTES THEN WHOULD SHUT OFF COME BACK ON ABOUT 45 MINUTES LATER ON 68 DEGREES ROOM WAS NOT 68 DEGREES. MISERABLE NITE!
