The staff was super friendly. The facilities was very clean and a nice comfortable room. The ice machines were empty. I had to go all the way to the top floor to get ice other than that it was great.

We've stayed at this location many times because of the location. Key card system was down so we had to get a staff escort each time we left/entered our room. They were prompt and friendly, but still a nuisance. Mold/mildew in shower, room 104. Breakfast was great as usual and staff always friendly. See note above

The lady attending the breakfast bar was on the phone the entire time. She even cursed out loud while on the phone stating she regretted moving to the area. Very unprofessional
