One of the staff members was once helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. She communicated to the staff at the next shift to make sure they went above and beyond. Also, the bedding smelled so wonderful!

Felt safe. Room darkening shades were not installed properly so we felt like it was day light all night long. No sleep. Didn’t like not having ice bucket or coffee in the room. Will not go back.

Perfect stop while visiting Macon. It is a brand new hotel on the northern edge of the city, right off of the highway.

Breakfast is ok and parking is safe and easy. The area is nice. The only problem was the sheets, smells used and bed bugs on my bed. I see during my check out time they were replacing sheets in several rooms. I’m wondering why my room was so terrible in that aspect. Needs to improve on that. Used to be a great place to stay.

We try to stay at a Tru when it is an available option. The bed is always cozy, and the breakfast is always great. This visit was no different.

The breakfast was very good. The pancake machine was a hit. The pancakes were very good. A hotel affiliated with a national chain should have canle TV.

We stayed here a year ago and was impressed with it so we made a point to stay here again.

Breakfast was very good. We did not have a good night sleep due to a super loud drip in the bathroom ceiling fan. We thought it would eventually go away so didn’t contact front desk but it was consistently dripping loud on metal. Even recorded and played to the manager.

It was convenient to shopping, restaurants. It was easy to reach located near the interstate so access was simple. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast bar was pretty good. I’m used to staying in a Hilton or a Hilton Garden Inn. The room at Tru felt very cramped compared to the others. It felt “cheep” to me.
