The staff were pleasant enough, and did offer to change our room ... but they offered a room with one bed, which neither I nor my son were comfortable with. It may be that Hotel Away has pleasant rooms, but we did not stay in one. We were given a small twin room on the ground floor next to the office. Our door/shutters were right next to the office entry, and our "window" opened into the entryway/foyer so there was no privacy if people were waiting to check in or out. It was very noisy, almost all the time, and the noise from guests above would also echo down into the courtyard in the middle of the building. I had paid in advance and the alternate room they offered was not appropriate.

It felt super sketchy and unsafe for young girls to stay in. The door didn’t fully close/lock and the bathroom was really gross.

Location, fast hot water, clean The toilet door lock and window lock are broken, the shower head doesn't have a wall bracket, the electrical outlet is too far from the bed, and there's no mat outside the toilet.

Reception guy is very helpful

big thanks to the young man in reception I think his name is elghazi we couldn't thank him in person one of the best places for low budget

Fantastic location, a short walk from Jemaa el Fna, in the heart of the medina. Easy walking distance from all the main sights, souks, restaurants. Bear in mind with its location, there are no cars in the medina, the only way to and from the hotel is on foot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Wi-fi was slow and frequently cut out. One issue with the bathroom with the basin leaking onto the floor sometimes.

Stay at Hotel Aday The staff there is super friendly, hospitable and feels like family A few nights it was very hot to sleep, but they gave us a fan on our last night :)

To noise at night .. In the middle of the night there is no respect for silence, everyone speaks very loudly. Perhaps customers should be educated, perhaps with lots of signs saying "speak in a low voice", no speaking after 11pm.

a well set up budget riad in the medina. a good place if you enjoy the business and hustle of the old town the location is good and bad. good in that it is 2 minutes walk from the action. bad in that there is a lot of street noise from early morning until after midnight. you can hear everything that is happening outside; wheelie cases as late flight arrivals arrive at their riads, moroccans talking to each other, lots of scooter noise. nothing wrong with the hotel, just be aware, there will be quiter places to stay

Although the good things I think that something should be remodeled. E.g. the shower, is not well attached to the wall and sometimes the hot water is not easily regulated. The plugs are pretty fare frok bed, the rooms are too packed and little and the roof of mine was so short (only 1.80 m)!

The staff is so kind and so helpful. It was so nice to meet him to begin with our trip. The location is perfect in the medina. Rooms are little and not so comfortable but is perfect for a fast and cheap stay in the city center. Recommended!!

Nice staff, good location, modest but comfortable enough. Good value for money It can be noisy since you can hear everyone come in and out, shower and talk, at any time of the day and night

My room was good size, with traditional furniture and a sink. Plenty of blankets for the cold nights. The riad had some nice traditional decor in common areas. The common shower and toilets were clean and worked well (bring your own towel). The main disadvantage was that there was a small patio to which all the bedrooms faced, so noise traveled uninterrupted throughout the riad and other guests were very inconsiderate, loud and noisy, so I´d only recommend this riad if you have good earplugs. Location was great. the riad design and type of clientele made for a very noisy night both until around 1 am and starting at 6 am...
