Hotel Sherazade

Good location but can be a little hard to find and you have to go through alleys to reach it. Staff is very lovely and will arrange a taxi for you from the airport. The beds were a little hard but property is very pretty and wonderful for 1-2 night stay. The hotel doors don’t have a proper lock. It’s just a hook and latch to close the door which can feel a little unsafe.

Lovely Rhiad. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Very pretty place. Didn't get to use the pool as the weather was too cold. It's only small. Decor is gorgeous deep reds. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights and were genuinely impressed by how welcoming and attentive the staff were—they really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From warm greetings to helpful local tips, their hospitality made a huge difference. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. The restaurant food was delicious, and the breakfasts were a highlight each morning. The spa was incredible—the hammam and facial were deeply relaxing and beautifully done. A perfect place to unwind with amazing service! Nothing at all—everything exceeded our expectations.

It was a pretty Riad, great location. The shower head was leaky and you had to hold the hand piece, if it sat in its bracket it shot water over the whole bathroom. Wifi was non existent.

Great location, helpful staff, the spa was amazing That I didn’t know I needed to book early in the day to eat in the restaurant. However, we were able to eat very close to the hotel, after a long flight that day.

Cute well decorated riad super well located in the Medina. Nice breakfast and warm shower. They also have a small spa for hammam or massage. The bed was a bit hard to sleep on, and there are lots of stairs to go from one area to the other, not disable friendly and a bit hard of you have big luggage

Super beautiful and quite calme amidst the hectic streets of marrakech. The location was excellent. We enjoyed the roof terrace and the breakfast was excellent. The bed is very firm and the shower was completely crap: no option to mix hot water properly and the shower head was installed in a way that the whole bathroom got soaked.

The common area is pretty, the location is central. The water temperature in the shower was not adjustable. Had to shower with cold water in the end. The room was cold, the small heater didnt help much.

This riad was absolutely beautiful. We were greeted with traditional tea on the terrace. The reception staff could not be more kind and welcoming. We were able to drop off our luggage prior to check in. This meant we could go out and explore the charming city. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with a large choice. We had an amazing 28 hours in Marrakesh. We would definitely return and recommend the riad Sherazade. Family of five with three adult children. We all loved it. The bed in the double room was a little hard for me. Other than that, it was truly exceptional. The triple room was perfect and very comfortable.

The location was super good, with many nice restaurants to eat for a good price. It is a charming riad with a small pool, amazing views to see the sunset from the roof. There is no space between the shower and the whole bathroom stay, it's just in front of the toilet, so, when you take a shower everything gets wet. Also, beds are a bit hard.

Lovely and traditional, beautiful bright colours, excellent location, friendly and extremely helpful staff Only ‘issue’ was my bed/mattress was too hard but a bed is a personal thing so I wouldn’t hold it against the Riad !
