Lovely ,clean well looked after hotel .Nice bar area .Shame about them keeping guests money. Be aware.They took $75 a night bond on first day of our 4 night stay .They are supposed to release it on leaving however after requesting it over and over it was never released back to us .I have waited 30 days for the bank to cancel the payment to get my money back.

The location was perfect. Close to Beale Street but away from the crowd. Loved the rooftop bar with beautiful view of the river and downtown Memphis

I was double charged for a room - paid on booking.com them charged to debit card - impossible to speak to anybody cost me £400 extra - booking.com no help either - the hotel did not respond to email or messages despite have got all the evidence - I would suggest not staying here and you must check your bill

It was a great location! The rooftop had a breathtaking view of the Mississippi River and Bridges! The price of the overnight Valet was pricey at $36. Everything else was good!

The stay here was great, room clean and the location is perfect for tourists!! They have a rooftop bar/downstairs bar as well inside the lobby! Valet very helpful and just amazing as well as the other staff. I would definitely stay here again
