Outstanding Clean and Very Convenient
-
it was wonderful besides housekeeping coming earlier than suppose to telling us we had to leave. but management took care of it beautifully
-
It was a nice hotel stay.
-
Liked pool area loved room sizes and fast online deposit and getting room key was also fast an efficient

Overnight staff manager I believe, very nice gentleman very helpful, front lobby very well kept. Actual rooms were alright, okay for the price, decent for a night stay.

Bathroom was dirty. The dispenser inside the shower were all filled with same liquid, maybe shampoo, maybe soap? Beds were comfortable. It has an eerie/cold feeling because there is no one at the lobby when you arrive because of their keyless self check in vibe.

The staff was amazing. The bed was so uncomfortable my back hurt this morning when I woke up. We were under the impression breakfast was included. It was just available and the prices were ridiculous. The outside was beautiful and well maintained s well as the lobby. I Jocelyn was expecting something much more upset class for the price Bane and looks however once you get into the rooms they ate just as ordinary as maintained inn. Which is where we were going to stay decided to do something more upscale with hot tub.

Awesome! They had a dining area where you can get things whenever, and everything was digital! Super helpful and friendly staff. Def will be staying here again if I pass through Memphis

Loved loved loved the hot tub and pool! Inside looks beautiful and staff was friendly. Also, free parking! What I didn’t know was that they hold $100 extra when you check in but besides that lil sneaker me and my husband had an amazing stay! Loved how the rooms used digital scanning !

Everything was very clean and everyone was nice Bar was closed pool was closed also
-
Service, I did not have tissue paper and requested it, but it did not arrive before I left. There is no fan in the bathroom, nor a coffemaker or microwave .

Proximity to stores and entertainment. Modern, fun and comfortable environment. Beautiful views. Ample free parking. Indoor & outdoor pool. Difficult to reach staff for assistance. No ice machine on my floor. No microwave. Filter on Water dispensers need to be replaced on a few floors. Elevator floor was always wet and need cleaning. Pool maintenance caused early closure.

There's only one elevator and no hot breakfast
-
The fire alarm and the evacuation, the fact there was only one elevator working.

Everything was up to date. I loved the QR code entry and not having to keep up with a key, though I was worried about a dead phone. The staff was reachable by text and ULTRA responsive. So much so that I asked for bedding for the sleeper sofa and it was already delivered before I made it back upstairs. I wish the pool stayed open past 10:00, especially on weekends, but they actually closed it at 8 on a Saturday night for maintenance. We came straight from a ballgame in millington and arrived at 9:57 and asked for an extension. My kids were heart broken. I’m not sure why there is even closing hours with no lifeguard on duty and not close to rooms for noise reasons.

There were huge parties going on all over the hotel with unattended children everywhere. Both pools and the hot tub were closed. The restaurant is closed. Our television remote didn’t work and took a while for them to fix. There isn’t much staff working and no front desk, everything is online. The people that were working were nice but def understaffed, the beds were comfortable and the hotel itself felt safe. It was just insanely noisey pretty much all night and the pools/hot tub/restaurant all being closed without being advertised really sucked. I was going to speak to management this morning which I never do ever but there wasn’t anyone around to speak to anyway lol

Not a 4 star, it is a 2 at best. Got there at midnight had to self check in, and then got a text that my room was not ready. The staff who didn’t even welcome me or acknowledge me when I walked into the hotel was rude. When I questioned how a room is not ready at midnight she gave me a lecture on how to address people. The hallways and room were dirty with long black hair on our pillows and bathroom vanity. I would not even use the shower. They also charged $100 to my card for incidentals that has not been refunded yet. Watch out for this if you do choose to stay here. The lobby has been updated and looks nice, that is the only good thing to say.

I liked how easy the check-in and check-out process was, it was easy and hassle free. As for the amenities, I didn’t get a chance to use everything but the snacks provided at their kiosk were good but over priced, like $4 for a small bag of chips. The rooms seem luxurious or super clean from the photos but everything needed work in terms of craftsmanship. Overall, this place wasn't that bad for the price. I’d probably stay somewhere else next time though.

Good place to stay. A little quirky with the log in and use of QR codes to access everything. Breakfast not included and bizarre way of paying with a digital camera that recognises items and charges. Too much emphasis on IT and not enough on cleanliness. Too much emphasis on IT (great if you like that sort of thing), not enough on basic cleanliness. For example the lift hadn't been mopped for ages.
