The pull out bed was a little uncomfortable, but other than that the stay was nice.

So there is no arcade area, the dinners are in the open and the guest hear everything. No microwave in the room, the bathroom was dirty there was a bunch of previous spills and spots of who knows, I'm disappointed for this hotel to be a Hilton line hotel. Completely not impressed at all. The coffee was horrendous.

An alarm was going off at 1 a.m. and I said something the next morning and was just told that they didn't know anything, no sorry or anything further. Nobody seemed to care that I couldn't sleep.

Nice building. Clean throughout. Booking com and hotel pictures don't match. I was not given the room shown even though it was available. They treated me like I was trying to sneak my dog in even though I reserved a room that accepted pets. And there are NO BALCONIES like stated. Just fake balconies with 12 inch platforms that are not accessible from the rooms.

Dirty pool, dirty carpets. Rude and unfriendly front desk lady. Water issues in bathroom. I would say it’s a 3 star hotel at the max.

The location was nice and the lounge area. The Suites with a balcony were FULL of mosquitoes and moths heavily.
