Aged furnitures and damaged bed covers were the first impressions of this place but breakfast was not bad.

The room was your average Hyatt room, the pool area was very nice with music-not your average hotel pool, a hi light of the property We found a large roach of roach like bug on the sink

The stay was so comfortable and cleaned. The swimming & hot tub was so nice, big and cleaned. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and tasty. Overall I recommend others to stay at The Hyatt. Better choice.

Stains on carpet. Rust stains on Towel holder in shower. Some items in room very old.

There were roaches in the room I did not stay, staff would not refund and Hotels.com did not answer my email I had to cancel my credit card! I would not recommend either!

I was very impressed with not only my room, but the hot tub/ swimming pool area. Very well maintained and clean. And the staff at the front desk was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. Thanks everyone for making our stay so enjoyable.

We loved our experience and everyone was well received with helping us with cleaning to the dining throughout the entire day. This was through out our entire stay of 4 days. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.
