The staff was helpful and apologetic. They said they were issuing a full refund but I have not received any money yet. They say it's because I need to take it up with booking. There were roaches everywhere and the ac was broken. I have pictures and video to prove the deplorable conditions, I have tried to contact booking but have not been able to speak with anyone

Leaving. Roaches, crackheads, meth, filthy, absolutely disgusting. Bathroom looked like a crime scene, busted mirror, burn holes in all the bedding. When offered 3 other rooms to look at, first one was a mess, second one had the tv stolen out of it, and third one also filthy and tv screen was shattered.

Didn’t have to deposit any money for incidental fees. The room itself had bugs and dead bugs

Parking was easy, the staff were wonderful and personable. The room was clean and when our room didn’t have cable, we were switched to a room immediately that did. Air conditioning was nice and cold. We were worried that the area around the motel was going to be loud through the night (because I hadn’t slept for 36 hours or so)….but it was so quiet that our tv being loud was the only thing that disturbed me! Haha. Lastly, the price was great! We got to Mesa early since I had a student conference at ATSU at 830am. They let us check in early which was very much appreciated! Thank you Motel 6!

Dead insects everywhere, bathroom door would not close. Had to ask for enough towels for 2 people. Very glad it was only 1 night

Most disgusting hotel I've ever seen. Cigerette burns in the bedding, stains on the mattress and walls.
