Always clean, comfortable spacious rooms and friendly staff

I’m not handicap but the gave us a room that was. When I entered the room it had chemical smell. I told the front desk. He said oh that’s our cleaning products. The smell was tolerable once in the room. We woke up late for breakfast by 15 minutes. But the employee got use cereal and milk. Which was very nice. The pool looked so beautiful. But I never had time to swim. Maybe next time.

Great attention, very clean, everything looks like new, and quiet place.

Enjoyed our stay!

​We asked to be moved to another room, but the second room wasn't any better—there were ants all over by the TV. On top of the bug issue, the walls are paper-thin and you can hear every single noise in the building. When I asked the front desk if I could be compensated for dealing with an ant infestation, the desk helper completely brushed it off and said "moving you rooms was the best they could do." Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The stay was okay. Nothing special but not bad for the price. My son left a pocket pillow there that he's attached to. We called them to ask if they would send it to us (at our cost). They refused. I've had hotels do this in the past without any problem whatsoever. This was not the case here.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean and well maintained with fresh towels available. The facilitiy was clean and well worth the price point. A great and affordable place to stay if you are in the area!

The pool was filthy and stayed filthy it needed to be vacuumed badly. A man came while we were at the pool and only cleaned one skimmer. Never skimmed the pool or vacuumed it. The filter didn’t work well bc there were decaying insects in the water for two days

The evening front desk lady was fantastic. I apologize for forgetting her name but she was 1st class. Warm welcome and very personable. The rooms are very clean, beautiful bathroom and very comfortable bed.

The room is very clean

It was an enjoyable stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice central location.

Clean room , comfortable bed and generous room space. A second sitting chair would be nice . Adjacent joining room was noisy through the door even though it’s closed. Fortunately, loud talking subsided by 10 pm

When an issue came up with the room at 4am, the staff was unwilling to help or accommodate. The result was checking out and leave. The staff simply said, "we don't have 24 hour maintenance."

Have stayed there many times. Was very diasapointed they stopped breakfast. It use to be a nice touch and start to the day.

Room served its purpose. Was there for one night. Clean and quiet and the staff was courteous and friendly to me. I would stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel with our basketball program. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to our large group of players, coaches, and families. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the common areas provided great spaces for our team to gather and relax. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to get to games and local attractions. We truly appreciated the hospitality and excellent service throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to any sports team or group traveling together and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Dated old room and hotel. Very dark. Not well maintained. Horrible bed. Smelled awful. Look for something else, rather than staying here. Front desk not very friendly. Checked in, then checked right back out.

Clean room and affordable

This is a great hotel for last minute things. The room is clean enough to feel comfortable. This isn’t great for a vacation choice. There was a clump of hair behind the toilet and some ants in the room but nothing too crazy.
