Westernaire Motel

Not crowded Property is off a main thoroughfare… lots more f construction in the area. Difficult to get into the property after just barely making a u-turn, missing a construction barrier.

Great location; large room. Obviously a 1960's era motel, but it was perfect for our needs. A full size fridge/freezer, a table to use for eating and another for the computer. It was a quaint and pleasant surprise find.

Homeless sleeping in the corners and the police patrolling often.

I didn't try the breakfast. I forgot one was offered. I booked my stay at the last minute when I realized I didn't want to drive to Maricopa after a 3.5 hour flight into Mesa arriving at 11:30. It's an OLD motel, but kept clean enough. The mirrors in the bathroom were mounted too high on the wall.

the room was very spacious. The parking lot was clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful even with late night check in. The parking lot was was dark back by the room where i stayed 118; the front entrance and rooms closer to the motel office were nicely lit and bright! Room 118 shower curtain and tub mat both needed a thorough cleaning and the wall above the toilet as well as a former guest left greasy hand prints on them!

It was an older motel that has been renovated. It was cute! Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely recommend it! It’s ideal for anyone who needs a few extra amenities. The kitchenette was well supplied! The owners are very nice

my stay here was very comfortable. the atmosphere was very quiet especially at night . management was very helpful and polite to us upon check in . we definitely recommend this motel to anyone looking for short or long term stay at a motel for whatever reason. everything you need to live everyday comfortably is provided within the suites here at the westernaire. I'll definitely stay here anytime I'm in mesa and in need of a place to stay ! no complaints here .

Clean Room Bad location, a lot of crime in the area, My cooler and camping gear were stolen in the parking lot.

The bed mattress was very firm which we really liked. There was a small table and 2 plastic outdoor chairs right outside the room that we enjoyed using. The room was rather like a studio apartment. The bathroom seemed updated. The location was near the Silver Star Theater that we attended that night. The kitchen cabinets and counter showed their age but it was nice to have a full size fridge and a coffee maker. This is, after all, an older motel.
