My stay was great the host communicated with me my entire stay whenever I needed them very clean very elegant I would definitely stay here again when I come visit Miami and I’ll recommend friends n family to stay here during visit thank you so much !

The room is spacious and tidy, the kitchen is fully functional, and the washer and dryer work well.

Me anf my family loved the stay at 17West apartments. Its very spacious, clean, direct access to pool from the apartment, its in the same building as trader’s joe. There is a new asian bistro right across the street. Very safe place. We had a little trouble locating the parking first, perhaps its easier to just update the parking instructions to note that parking is in same building as trader’s joe. We would love to stay again at this property next time.

Beautiful room

I would have appreciated if they considered our request to extend the check out by just 1 hour, but they did not. They also refused to provide locker service to us what we requested as our flight was late in the evening.

A stain on tv that should have been washed, and a dirty pan. Overall good, the main issue was the outside noise that woke me up each day at around 5am due yo a truck that parked infront daily.

Beautiful place I’ll see myself living there long with no problem very modern and the host helped slot and accommodate us the best he could . My only think I thought I booked for a room with a balcony view showing the outside like the picture but my room had access to the pool no view at all that was my only downside here .

However, the pre-arrival and check-in experience was frustrating. The booking process had payment form issues, and phone support was very hard to reach. On arrival, our access codes were changed without direct notification — we only discovered this via Expedia messaging after the fact, costing us about an hour. The kitchen was also unclean on arrival and took around an hour to resolve — not through official support but by flagging a maintenance person on site. Staff on the ground were friendly and helpful, but it shouldn't have come to that. One sofa had cigarette burn marks, which felt disappointing. The sofa beds were a letdown too — no bedding provided initially, and the mattresses were worn and squeaky, in stark contrast to the excellent king beds. Finally, property replies via Expedia messaging often arrived as file attachments rather than readable text, making communication unnecessarily awkward. Once those first-day issues were behind us, the stay was genuinely enjoyable. Great location, lovely pool, spacious apartment. With better pre-arrival communication and support, this could easily be a 5-star experience.

Overall a nice apartment w a very convenient location and decent price but no service to speak of.

The management needs to pay attention to the bathrooms, which weren't clean; I could see hair on the walls all over.

Great place Great hospitality!!

We had significant issues with our reservations: i) no bed sheets the first night, ii) no ability to use the sofa bed (metal structure if completely beat up) - we went to buy an air mattress after the first night at the ACE next door, iii) the bedding in the bedroom did not fit the king mattress (no fitted sheet and no comforter cover), iv) the shower had no pressure, v) we only received the garage QR code the second day of our trip... That is a lot and it did not make our stay satisfying and I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

totally great except no sheets or pillows or anything for the Sofa Bed so our friend has little to sleep on or with! The Cooker Light and Fan didnt work and had not been cleaned for some time - Not annoying but feedback for the cleaners. Thanks and see you again.
