Very nice place. Older but still nice. If I had to pick something the ac units where a bit loud. Especially since in the bedroom with you. But still very nice place. No pool at this location but shared ones just a block away and nice.

The property was nice but the AC in the room was not good it was very hot in the room. The checkout was not smooth either. And they wanted a good review before i checked in which was weird.

The Property was very well maintained. It was like a hidden gem. The property was in the middle of everything in our reach. Most definitely will come back. And I strongly recommend if you want to stay in an area that’s nice and quiet and yet very homie, than Lincoln arm suites would be the perfect fit!!!! the room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The kitchen was most definitely needed, and the room felt like a little studio that was more than enough.!!

I had a wonderful stay! Front desk was helpful. The elevator was being fixed when I arrived. The man at the front desk carried my bag to my room. I was very appreciative of that!

The rooftop deck is a great place to hang out. Staff was very helpful in suggesting where to eat and getting us a taxi to the port. We'll definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff. Good size room. Shops and restaurants were close by.

Overall not bad for the price. The beds were very uncomfortable!!!! Also the noise, other guests slamming doors and being loud in the hallways at all hours. Elevator not working, stairs not accessible at times.

Walking distance to the convention center. Elevator was not working.

The property is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Unfortunately, my room reeked of weed. My room key also did not work and management/the front desk had to let me in whenever I needed to leave and come back.

It was a nice stay. For smokers it is not. You have no where to sit and smoke they have a patio in front with seats and you cant smoke at all there
