Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon

Was a clean and fun place to stay before a cruise.

The hotel is getting renovated and very unorganized it is very old and there are rips and tears in the furniture. Furniture in the bar area actually had duct tape on it. Staff were not helpful and check in process took forever. We asked for towels for the room no one ever came so we went to the pool and took pool towels. Would not recommend this hotel.

Under construction waste of money

they are remodeling currently, was suppose to have an upgraded remodeled room was not. it was quiet, buffet was good

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and the room was clean and ready with no wait. The breakfast was great.

Pool and vibe was perfect for family of 4 with 2 teens.

The location of this hotel was an easy ride from the airport and to the Port of Miami for our cruise. I thought it was great that this hotel offered shuttle services to and from airport and cruise port. I didnt like that the majority of the first floor seemed to be under construction. Every turn we made there was a “Pardon our dust” sign. I just think for the process we paid I expected the physical building to be in better shape.

Shuttle service was horrible and the evening staff was not helpful at all - no towels in room and didn’t bring any

This is a gorgeous, amazing hotel. The pool and hot tub are phenomenal, the view around the hotel is gorgeous, the restaurant inside the hotel has terrific food, the staff are amazing. J would recommend this hotel to everyone

The property is under construction but the room was cleaned though. Two things I love about this hotel: location is one ( it's near the airport and the stadium) and second the pool area. By the way big shout-out for Manuel the bartender,he makes awesome drinks.

Superb

It would have been great if it weren’t completely under construction and using concrete drills all throughout the day making it completely uncomfortable and impossible to relax with noise cancelling headphones. This is also not even mentioned on their site or yours. The concrete drills the mold the paint coming off the bathroom everywhere the rude staff

The breakfast was wonderful, ***** Although the facilities where under construction the hotel was really nice.
