Amazing property! Very clean. The staffs are super friendly! Especially Moises , he made us welcome and I called if I can have the room connecting, they gave it right away. Very accomodate!

Clean room and facility; easily accessible to downtown and shopping; shuttle to cruise port for minimal amount. On-site restaurant slightly pricey but convenient.

I didn’t like that the pool closes early. I had a later flight and my children were unable to swim. Most hotel pools close at 10 pm. The view, service, cleanliness, and staff were great!

Loved the location near the cruise port. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Some of the pool tiles needed attention but loved the pool location. There were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Will definitely stay again if we cruise out of Miami.

Room was just okay. Had some maintenance issues. Our toilet was constantly running and handle would get stuck and not flush sometimes. Tub spout was not working properly (leaking). Lights flickered here and there. Overall lighting was very dark. Only good lighting for getting ready was in the bathroom.
