Professional and welcoming. The elevator system is different. I understand the security of it but having to take out your key card every time is a little much.

The pool was so refreshing.Room was very clean and comfortable.

I noticed the room did not have rags and towels so I called down, they told me they were sending someone up and never did. I waited an hour to call again, they still never brought anyone up. I had to go down anyway so I asked front desk, thought they gave me both but it was only towels. I didn’t realize until the morning so I called again, and I waited 30 mins for someone again, who only brought TOWELS! He had to go back down to bring rags, and only brought 2 rags!!!! Mind you, it’s me and my gf. We don’t wash our face with the same rag we wash our body with!!!

Good location and easy check in process Beds not that comfortable and poorly made, shower layouts don’t offer much privacy if travelling as friends. Price quite high for what you get.

The fact that they changed the bedding every day and new towels every day. That won't me over! Wish they had a better breakfast menu. The twin bed situation they wronf for that how come yall didn't make a door to separate the bathroom no privacy too charge.

Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There were fecal stains on the toilet seat and multiple stains on the bed sheets, which was both unsanitary and unacceptable. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and this experience fell far below that standard. To make matters worse, after discovering these issues, I went to the front desk to report them and had to complain twice before any action was taken. It then took over an hour for housekeeping to come clean the toilet and replace the stained sheets. Having to wait that long to resolve a serious cleanliness issue was frustrating and significantly impacted the start of my stay. I understand that occasional issues can happen, but the condition of the room and the delayed response from staff made me question the overall housekeeping standards and level of customer service provided by this hotel. For the price paid, I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both its cleaning procedures and responsiveness to guest complaints so future guests do not have the same experience.
