    We have traveled a lot in this property in Dayton leaves a lot to be desired. The floor had paint drops on it. The door to the bathroom would not close without slamming it. The toilet paper dispenser was on the floor in the back of the toilet area. There was no Kleenex in the Kleenex box besides one piece. Also, whoever cleaned the room did a very poor job because we found next to the bed a THC vape on the floor. It’s a good thing children were not put in this room.The breakfast tasted awful and so we had to dump. It would not recommend this hotel at all. If we could get our money back, we would definitely try.MaryM

    Nothing. I got a room key to a room that someone was already staying in. I opened the room door with my luggage and a naked man pooping was sitting on the toilet. Then I went to complain and ask for my money back. I would stay somewhere else. They put me in a different room next to the one they had me in that the naked guy was in. Then the air didn’t work. Not a safe place.

    I booked the room through Expedia and when I showed up to check-in they said they didn’t have a room available. Expedia was of no help finding another hotel room in the area. Never booking through them again.

    While the hotel is recently renovated, it still isn’t great. Many of the doors had lock issues - we spoke with several people who experienced key & lock issues during their stay. We experienced it 3 times. The pool is still under renovations, which was disappointing for the kids. But, when I looked back, I didn’t see the pool advertised which made me feel a little better. We stayed here because our whole team stayed - not because we picked it. The front door design is not friendly with luggage carts. The breakfast was extremely minimal both days we were there and it wasn’t fresh. My husband’s sausage was so hard that he couldn’t bite through it. The rooms were clean & the beds were comfy which was nice.

    The room initially was pretty clean the staff however was an adequate unprofessional lack hospitality and the willingness to serve the pool was nonexistent due to it not being open and had not been approved by the state the breakfast was basically nonexistent due to the lack of staff Manning the breakfast area making sure supplies as well as food was adequate hot and available overall service was terrible management was nonexistent and not available for concerns of the customers during the day after this day still have yet to be able to contact hotel management and was not given a direct phone number for management would never recommend staying at this location no fault of Expedia.

    Room was fine. Breakfast was a trainwreck. We stayed 2 nights and there was zero coffee in the morning. One day is an accident- two days is a choice. The sausage and eggs at the breakfast were super cold- they had no way to keep them warm. Maybe don’t advertise a free breakfast if you can’t make it happen?

    I booked a room online paid for it just to get to the property five hours later and they said that they no longer have rooms available. When I show the staff my reservation and that it was already paid for they were no help. They didn’t offer any solution. They stated that I had to call Expedia to get my money back. One of them even laughed at the situation. I have been on the road for eight hours and I just wanted to sleep, but a group of men came in behind me stating that they had a booking that they reserved online as well and they were able to check in with no problem. I didn’t understand why they could get their room, but I couldn’t get mine even though we had the exact same situation. I will never go back to this hotel. I will never book with any of it affiliate properties simply because of this terrible experience.

    It was terrible because I had reservations when I arrived at the hotel. They told me there were no rooms. There’s another gentleman there that had three rooms booked and was told the same thing. They did find us another room at a sister property but the point was it was very inconvenient after driving everyone’s tired. It’s very inconvenient. They claimed that the rooms were not cleaned but when I got back into the hotel.com website the hotel was still listing rooms but at a much higher rate, I think it’s a very bad business practice, and some sort of refund is warrant.

    This website sent me to a hotel that was under renovation and not in service. I arrived at 11:30 pm. It took a half hour to reach a customer service person. And then another half hour for that person to Not reach the hotel! Because it wasn’t in service!!! Ridiculous!!!!

    This place was under construction for the last 6 months and Expedia took the booking in August. Pathetic service from Expedia. I will never recommend anyone to use Expedia.

    We didn’t stay. We tried to cancel b/c the building was under demolition and the sign at the front desk said temporarily closed!!! We had to find another room at another hotel. Very disappointed
