The property was clean and the location was convenient. I checked in. I received two keys went to my room. The door would not open and go back downstairs to the lobby. There were somebody in front of me so I had to wait to get my key cards , I go back to my room and the restroom lights are burnt out. How was this missed when the room was cleaned? I was only staying for one night so I left the restroom door open to get lighting from the hallway. .

Every thing was great especially breakfast the room was clean and In order the was friendly.

Love the room, pool, and staff

The front desk staff was nice. The head breakfast lady was amazing so friendly she was great! The place was clean but housekeeping didn’t come to your room after you checked in didn’t take trash or anything we had to go ask housekeeping many times for things and to dump our trash. Also when did they start charging for breakfast?

I love the features included in the package. The pool, the fiteness center, and the rooftop lounge are amazing attraction to customers. I would recommend the staff friendliness and willing to help. The staff attention to details when checking in or checking out. The checking out procedure could also be improved by having the overall billing receipt of some sort BEFORE charging my bank account. This helps with any concerns and anxiety of what happened during the stay. The amount of people hanging out in front of the hotel is intimidating as if I almost couldn't make it inside to check in. It would be nice to have people to hang out in the back of the hotel instead of the front so that they don't block incoming stayers.

Size of the room was good. Room and bathroom were clean. Booking.com disappointedly secured an ADA room instead of a standard double queen room. I booked this room in December for a March stay. Was not happy about this room selection. Room was very dark due to inadequate lighting. Inadequate sound proofing for road noise and hallway noise. Breakfast was so so.

I booked this Dec 2 then i tried cancelling it after 5 mins because i made a mistake but unfortunately they didn’t let me cancelled and refund my money. Our $6 coins got stuck at the laundry room and had to use our card instead Noisy, i couldn’t sleep
