Staff was very pleasant. Hotel had lots of visitors for a basketball tournament but staff did not seem overwhelmed or stressed.

The rooms , staff and atmosphere. They don’t have sauna and the pool is very small.

The location of the hotel is good with a very good nearby restaurant (brewery). The restaurant in the hotel is also ok. The hotel is close to a bus station. The rooms are very clean and big. Nice view of downtown. Some furniture is a bit older. Housekeeping was only done every second day.

Great service by staff and clean and comfortable beds. No coffee available as amenity. Limited choice of breakfast at motel or in immediate neighborhood. Light rail is nearby (West Bank) and also u university of Minnesota. Great location. Elevators are prompt after pushing button for a 14 story building and not wait long at all.

Good stay, second time we stay at the property, friendly staff, very convenient near university of Minnesota, parking very easy to get in and out, would stay again

$32 per day to park a vehicle. Only thing mentioned in the booking amenities highlights was parking onsite. No mention that there was an additional charge. Had that info been readily available, we would have booked somewhere else. Very disappointed in both the hotel and booking.com.

Awesome stay!!! Close to the UMN and downtown Minneapolis. Rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. Really great staff too. Had a nice hot breakfast at the hotel. We’ll be back. Thanks!

The staff was not really capable of delivering outstanding g service to the customers. Did not care about room service and didn’t show up. Really disappointing
