Hotel is literally in the University of Minnesota campus so it was super convenient, rooms are spacious and clean and beds are very comfortable, the loony is very nice and they have free lemonade and popcorn and there is a chic filet and Starbucks right downstairs and a Dunkin across the street, I also tried their restaurant and liked it a lot, highly recommend for U of M parents

Fantastic ambience. You wonder sometimes if you’re at a hotel or a lecture hall. Super convenient location. To the university, to restaurants, accessible to public transit.

The facility is nice and perfectly located with parking. The restaurant in the building was marginal but there was a starbucks attached.

The hotel was located right off the metro line making it a quick trip from Union Depot and extremely convenient for traveling to other locations in the city. The room was clean and quiet during the night. The staff were all polite and pleasant to interact with.

The Graduate is always a fun place to stay with a lobby that welcomes nearby college students with a big fireplace,air hockey, study tables, etc. Unfortunately, although we were there for 3 days, we received no maid service, none. The main thing we wanted was a replenishment of our meagre coffee supplies (instant coffee only in the room, no free coffee in the lobby). The room was large and clean with nice bedding. The decor is fun, but we need more than that to pay premium rates.

It was a clean motel, which probably reflects on being overpriced. You will also have to pay a fee nightly to park near the Graduate Motel. Otherwise you can park across the block in a parking ramp, which also costs. My family stayed down the street at The Hampton for a cheaper cost and they had breakfast included with their stay.

I will never stay anywhere else after traveling to Minneapolis several times for family vacation and my son attending the U. This is a great hotel! Beautiful, and to top it off, Starbucks is attached.
