Everything was excellent.

Not great. For the price we paid, we expected something much better.

Right in the middle of everything, just where we love to be. Will definitely be returning!

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a good variety.

Clean, convenient location, great continental breakfast, and free happy hour drinks make this hotel a great value.

Rooms were very fresh and clean. Easy access to the surrounding area which met all of our needs and even able to explore new adventures. Breakfast was AMAZING! and superb friendly staff! Great way to start your day and the Bar was nice and quaint. My family and I had an amazing time. THANK YOUS. AND WE WILL BE BACK!

The rooms offer a microwave, which is great if you want to heat a ready meal, however they dont supply you with any knives or forks etc. No kettle, only a coffee machine to get hot water which isn't much good if you are having a tea, as water reservoir is very small. Cardboard cups are provided in the room but is not changed regularly. The breakfast, which is free is good but would be nice if they offered gluten free bread and maybe lactose free milk or substitute milk if you have an intolerance. We had a very deep window behind our headboard and noticed it was thick with dust and had not been cleaned for along time. Some staff very helpful, but while we were waiting for our taxi in lounge area we were aware of a young member of staff walking around with phone in hand not doing anything, just walking around in circles for at least 20 minutes, this did not give a very good impression of hotel and we found it quite annoying

The only drawback was the significant street noise, which was noticeable during the late evening and early morning hours. While it didn’t ruin the stay and it was out of the hotel's control, it is worth noting for the light sleepers.

I have a group of 15-20 that stay here once or twice a year for events and we are always happy with our stay. Great location, nice reception, GREAT breakfast with custom order omelets - rooms are spacious and clean, staff is always incredibly nice & accommodating.

The room was fine. It was underwhelming in every way. It was a generic hotel room, though bigger than some. There was nothing wrong with it, but nothing spectacular, either. The staff was the worst I've encountered in years. The valet was MIA almost every time I pulled up. Retrieving the rental car took upwards of 20 minutes and they brought the wrong car around more than once! The front desk staff were also MIA. Our room was cleaned most days, but some days they skipped us altogether, not even bringing fresh linens. They are clearly understaffed and the staff seem to have had very little training.

Quick check- in, pool, workout room, breakfast. Bathroom in our room was too big.

Everything was great. Room Hallways were a little dark.

The breakfast buffet was good they even had a omelette station. I didn’t see an onsite restaurant for evening time so we had to go out for that. It is in walking distance to the metro train system that takes you to mall of America or even the Vikings football games. Target center and field are right near by. It is a great location

My wife accidently left her purse in our friends room, we called the front desk to inform them that they would be bringing it down to the front desk. We were told we needed to fill out the LOST & FOUND form online which we did immediately and informed our friends. When they brought the purse to the front desk the person there knew nothing about our call earlier and they were telling us that we need to fill out the form. Once we talked with the front desk and explained that we had already done that they said they would place the purse in the safe until Cleaning Mgr came in on Monday to then process to sent back. I am still waiting to hear back from the Hotel that the purse has been shipped.
