Staff was very helpful when checking out and helped with saving us money on parking in the ramp.

Great experience overall

This was one of the best handicap hotel rooms I have ever been in, the bed was lowered, the bathroom was spacious, and it had a roll in shower. We stayed overnight and it was nice because it was connected by skyway to the Target Center and close to restaurants. The only recommendation I have is more options for the continental breakfast.

Amazing staff very clean!

Excellent breakfast

The room didn't have ANY hand soap, not sure what that is all about. The hotel was dirty, candy wrappers and candy in the elevator. Also the hotel staff seemed put out with simple questions.

Only complaint was that the shower water was too cold. Otherwise everything was great.

Clean, great staff, good breakfast and location. It is so great to stay here for Wolves, Twins and Lynx games and concerts and plays! Nothing!

Well maintained property, excellent warehouse district location, close to Target Center/field

Breakfast every day was nice. There were healthy options but also biscuits and gravy. The staff up front were patient and good. Ms. Kelly and Ryan, who I think was the manager, earned top marks from me. The cleaning staff did a nice job of keeping my room comfy and clean. The hallway at the 4th floor had a bit of odor to it. The room itself had some dated furnishings too.

Breakfast was great and always well stocked and fresh! Location was great and felt safe and well secured. Desk staff were VERY nice and welcoming.

Liked our room. Hotel registration was easy. The registration person was helpful in sharing information about where to park, ease of navigation of the area. We’ll stay here again when going to Walker Museum!

We stayed for 2 nights and explored downtown Minneapolis. Great location in walking distance from a lot of the city, well maintained. Nice rooms, good hot breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff. When we are back in the city we will probably choose to stay here again!
