However, there is one downside if you are staying for a few days and need to do laundry: the guest laundry uses only coins, which feels very outdated and inconvenient, especially since the front desk did not have coins available. For such a modern hotel, it is a bit awkward to still use coins like in the last century. We also lost money when the washing machine took our coins but did not start; although a support person came and said he would return, we waited over 40 minutes and no one came back. The front desk did not offer any reimbursement for the lost money and only apologized for the experience, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise high quality of the stay.

The check-in was terrible, the lady that help us was super rude. I have been at this hotel multiple times and everyone has been nice, but this lady was so rude! It’s a shame.

Very nice and secluded hotel well kept. The young lady at the front desk Cynphony was a very great help and really sweet made the stay a 10/10!

They seemed having a good time , we were not. Nightly staff did absolutely nothing to assure a comfort of others than this party.

The location was the strongest part of the stay. It was convenient and made getting around the area easy, which I appreciated. The room itself was very basic. The bed made noticeable noise whenever I moved, which made it harder to rest. The pillows were extremely thin and did not provide proper support, which affected sleep quality. Overall, the stay did not reflect the value expected for the price paid. I would be unlikely to return based on this experience.

This property was very clean, safe, with all nice and helpful staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Breakfast layout including coffee, yogurt, pancakes was so nice, we only needed to buy lunch and dinner in the city. Very impressive for this price point!
