I wonder know why this property has to charge $10.00 a day for parking at the property it's not easy for the Family stay one week on paid $70.00 for parking.

The room I was then given after midnight, was not cleaned. Linens were strewn about and so were used towels. The next room we were given could not be lit from the entry way and 2 of the lamps did not work. The next morning, we asked to switch to the room type we were paying for which was arranged. We were not assisted in moving our luggage. To get the charges for the first night changed, I had to wait for the manager to come in at 1 pm. After 1pm I was not contacted by the manager. When I was in the lobby later I needed to ask for the manager. The manager said she would print out a revised charge list for me. It was not provided until check out. The breakfast staff was very nice. The parking lot is nothing worth an additional charge of $10 per day. The first day we left the room late and took the DND off the doorknob at about 1 pm. It was not cleaned when we returned. Someone came by around 5 pm to offer towels I asked them to empty the garbage.

Room on top floor 509 , larger than normal , the A/C not powerfull enough to cool the room , summer in Miami very hot weather , I can’t sleep either of my 2 night because of the heat , and the hotel don’t have any fan or portable A/C .

The shower was not working properly and the water came out at a trickle. Hotel starting to show serious signs of age.

Decent place for a quick stop over in the area, BUT the $11 self-parking fee surprise at checkout was unpleasant.

Everything about the hotel is great, the breakfast was great, you can make your own waffles and omelet or simple just have a bagel and coffee, love that they had cereal, yogurt, muffins and fruits for the kiddos too. Everything is clean,and smells great! The only not pleasant encounter we had was the receptionist that first recieved us. Hotels.com app was saying the parking was free(which we have proof) and the receptionist was trying to charge us for parking deapite us trying to show her on the app it stated parking was free, she didn't want to look at our phone nor at least tried to get a manager or supervisor, she simply didn't care. We waited till the following day to hopefully check out with someone different of which we did, and she was the supervisor. We expressed our concern and she took us very seriously, she refunded our money back for the parking charge and was very kind and helpful. Experience as a whole was a 9/10. Would I stay again? Probably, but hopefully the receptionist gets a little more proper training.
