Hampton Inn & Suites Mt. Juliet

The room could really use some updating. On a positive note, it was very quiet and served a nice breakfast.

Breakfast was delicious. Kitchen staff were on top of things. Front desks very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy even coming back late night. Room was extremely clean. Beds were comfy. I left some mints out on my bedside and ants appeared. Hotel staff handled it without hesitation. Throughly enjoyed our stay. I know we threw the housekeeping off as we stayed out late at CMA Festival downtown slept very late each day. We didn't mind skipping a day of resets so that we could rest. Highly recommend. The drive into downtown was not bad at all.

LOCATION WAS GREAT AND EASY TO ACCESS. THE STAFF WAS GREAT AND FRIENDLY, VERY ACCOMODATING TO OUR NEEDS. THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK TO STAY AGAIN. I CAN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THAT. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.

I booked handicap accessible room that was very spacious, clean, and beds were so comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was great for the two days we stayed.

Great location. Staff was very friendly. We had the King Suite. Extremely large room. I felt the AC didn’t keep it as cool as we like. The hallway was colder than our room. The bed was really firm. I am not a fan of overly firm beds. Pillows not good in my opinion. The bathroom was on a motion sensor. While showering the light would turn off. Was disappointed with the continental breakfast. Very limited. Ice machine on the second floor wasn’t working. I just felt like it was subpar. Expected better.

Exceptional

The hotel was a nice hotel, but the pool was not open. It did not say that when I booked it and I was very disappointed because the whole purpose of booking my stay at that hotel was so that my grandson could swim in their pool so I was very disappointed and very upset that I paid that much money for a hotel room with no pool.

We enjoyed a nice room with 2 queen beds, unfortunately I killed a roach in the bathroom, and the bathroom wasn’t really sufficiently clean. And thankfully that was the only roach we saw. We were sad that we were told the day of check in that the pool was unavailable due to renovations. I would’ve booked elsewhere had we known about that. That was an important part of our stay. The coffee in the morning was delicious and I believe it is available at all times in the lobby which I think was nice. Overall I would give it a 7 out of 10. The staff at check in were very kind. The breakfast was your normal continental breakfast and very well attended.

Complimentary breakfast Jacuzzi was small and the jets were not strong. Only one elevator worked. Had King Room. Bed only a couple pillows.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Beds do need couple of softer pillows not just firm.

They were great we had to make last minute arrangements since the holiday inn checked us out a day early and said they had no room

The reception was amazing. The staff was super helpful, the rooms were clean and well maintained, I mostly love the location. it was near everything right out of the parking lot. we had an amazing 3 night stay and def will return and only use this property while we are visiting Nashville!
