Tru By Hilton Mt. Juliet, TN

Hotel itself was nice, updated and clean. Fourth floor had a smoking odor as exiting the elevator and staff was less than pleasant. Breakfast was ok, but I’ve had better at other Hilton hotels. Overall pleasant experience, just not what I would expect of a Hilton brand.

I realized this is Hilton's budget line but I expected more, very poor for the brand. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, the window shade wouldn't raise, the lamps were broken, room walls were dirty, beds were not comfortable. There was no coffee maker or microwave in the room. I will not be staying at a Tru by Hilton again and would definitely not recommend this location.

Only issue we had was the shower would run out of hot water for a minute or two multiple times while trying to clean up

Bathroom supplies (soap, shampoo....)are important to me whenever I stay in a hotel, and Tru had provided more than enough. They have very nice scent too. I also appreciate the front desk staff, I forgot her name (the one with sunflower tattoo), she is very nice and accommodating. I also like that bacon strips are included in the breakfast. I don't have anything that I can say that I didn't like.

Super great stay!!! My brother and I were going on a road trip and changed our minds and wanted to stay around Nashville our whole trip (we’re from the DC/DMV area) and regretted not just extending our stay here, we booked a different hotel 20 mins away from the rest figuring it wouldn’t matter since it had similar ratings and slightly cheaper cost. It mattered. This hotel was worth the extra $ which really wasn’t even that much extra anyways.

Hi i traveled from out of state for a wedding and would like to say everyone of the staff were very pleasant and the room was very clean ,,i come from a Pa and i am a housekeeping manager so i know how to inspect rooms (lol) housekeeping did a great job ,,,staff at the front desk were very helpfull over all i give you guys 5 stars if i come back ill def be at your location

Everything on property was amazing. The room is clean. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was super helpful.

We had an enjoyable three night stay at the Tru. It was a convenient location close to shopping, restaurants, and family. The only problem was that the last night my wife tripped in the parking lot over a parking block that was out of place cutting her hand in the process. Asking for first aid, a bandage, from a young lady worker, she paused and had me buy a package of bandages rather then just providing one for my wife. So please be aware of unattached parking blocks in the back parking area close to the rear entrance.

Join The property was super clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I felt very welcomed from the phone interaction to check in! I used the pool area and it was well maintained and very relaxing. The rooms had toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash). I would say that breakfast could have had more options but otherwise it was great stay.

the Breakfast was complete and fulfilling. Good access to the room. coffee in the room would be nice and also a microwave for popcorn instead of having to go to the lobby to pop our own popcorn.

This place literally has everything. It’s like a small resort all in one. We will 100% stay here again. * maybe it’s just because I’m too much of a nice person, but I did not think the staff was friendly at all.
