Holiday Inn Express Mt. Juliet by IHG

The hotel itself is fine, it's clean, the staff friendly. However, my experience with the management and lack of responsiveness for an obvious hazard is concerning. I expect to visit Mt Joliet 2-4 times per year for the next 15 years. I will not be staying at this hotel and would not recommend it to others.

Clean and easy access. Decent breakfast.

My experience was Regular. And bad experience eith the Air conditioning

The room was ok. I missed having an alarm clock.

The location is perfect as it is next to many restaurants or shopping you may need.

The check in process was good. The room seemed clean at first, but we did find random hairs in the sink, tub, and in the bathroom floor.

Very pleasant will be looking forward to returning in the future

The receptionist was very helpful with extra toiletries we needed, but our room had a very strong odor (humid) and it the restroom was poorly maintained. If you are in a budget this is it but if you are looking for comfortable stay I do not recommend especially with little ones.

Exceptional

We overall enjoyed our stay, it was a busy holiday weekend night in the hotel but in some ways you might not know people were staying due to the overall quietness but breakfast was busy. The night staff gentleman was very pleasant and full of interesting stories of his travels. The areas has amenities around it for sure but really we see the location as a single night cross state/country overnight. We didn't enjoy being on the 1st floor due to the tiled floor outside and the door to the gym. Both of these elements in a small way added to elements of sound coming into our room but once asleep it didn't affect us anymore. I also didn't appreciate the staff adding my email as an IHG member, I booked indirectly and since then I am getting nuisance emails from IHG.

Comfy beds and great breakfast I wish all hotels had a removable shower head or wand.

Unfortunately the TV did not work- internet was not working during stay

The property was clean and well maintained. It was well located. The breakfast offered mostly carbohydrates and sugar. The coffee was freshly ground and brewed, and available any time.
