Breakfast was excellent with fresh omelettes. Staff however refused to change the room because we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia), which we’ve never experienced before.

Room was not clean There was a waiting period of 60 minutes for my requested room. Trash was not removed I will not be returning to this hotel I checked out a day early.

The property was advertised as “premium .” It was anything but. The staff was unresponsive & not helpful at all.

Cozy Cleaners should put more effort cleaning the rooms, you dont expect normally to find other guest belongings behind night stand and when paying 300 per night you dont expect shower head filter to be out of the lifespan spraying water all over the place but not where it should be. Sofa springs creaks and armchair looks like been sprayed with all sort of drinks. Doors creaks. Dust everywhere. Its kind a shame of all Hilton family i as diamond hilton guest been to.

Nice, clean, and quiet - didn't hear a peep the whole night!

Took 3 days to get my rooms shower fixed (wasn't draining) despite asking every morning at front desk when I left for the day.

Upset that I didn't get credit for the 2 extra people that didn't stay in my room. I told them 5 adults initially then changed it to 3 adults with no difference in price

Bar staff member Octavio was absolutely fantastic. What a wonderful man!! The world would be a better place if more people had the privilege of interacting with Octavio!!

The hotel is nice, but there was some room for improvement. The TV in our room needed magic tricks to turn on, the microwave was broken, and the pool was cloudy with chunks of hair in it. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Our room was very small, but it served it's purpose.
