The hotel was amazing great hospitality and scenery. Smelled fresh very relaxing
-
The staff was very warm and inviting and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The elevator was very slow.
-
only issue is that the shower doenst get hot
-
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside is it is slightly dated, but the staff more than made up for that.
-
Had a great time. Hotel in walking distance or a short Uber ride to bars and attractions.

The staff was really good and I lived that the water was always provided. The choice for breakfast was great and prices were very reasonable. There was a big bug that was climbing up the wall in our room. The room was clean however and we were able to get the bug and dispose of it.

Such a vibe and it’s super clean. Front desk were extremely nice. Wow what a stay. Thank you Aloft

Nothing The picture frame fell off of the wall in the entry way of our room because it was secured firmly. Luckily we were not standing near it but it did scare the heck out of us. Further, it delayed our plans for dinner because we had to wait for maintenance to put it back up on the wall. Further, I was charged for 2 nights of valet parking on 2 different cards even though the receptionist told me that it wouldn't happen if I used a different card to check out for valet parking. I did not realize this until I received 2 different invoices via email from the hotel. Last, calling the front desk is a hassle because they are busy helping people standing there in line. Overall, I did not like the inconvenience and follow-up on my behalf. I don't want to pay to do all the work for Aloft.

They put us in a room with 2 queen beds even though we booked a king bed room. Our room’s carpet was dingy and very old. Our shower was also not clean and my wife found a roach in the bathroom the next morning. This room was no where near the standard we paid for and did not match the photos on the website.

The location was perfect for my needs. The sheets on my bed were not as fresh as I would have expected. They smelled like someone's cheap cologne. Then there was the saga of my lost car. The young man who parked it when I arrived left the key fob in the console and the young man on duty when I came back down three hours later and needed my car couldn't find key or car. The manager was called in and everyone was very nice, but I was late for my meeting. The car was finally found and all was well, just very frustrating. It was CMA weekend to boot and I am not a country music fan. NO fault of the hotel's, but the rates were higher because of all that nonsense.

Valet was super easy, beautiful hotel/ bar. Loved the bathroom for getting ready, perfect lighting for pre girls night out pictures !!
-
Really cool spot to stay in mid-town. Short walk to food and drinks. Decent walk to downtown.
-
Everything. That we did not have the option to park the vehicle ourselves. Daily $45 mandatory fee for valet was not planned ahead of time.
-
The staff was very friendly and helpful It was alittle further from downtown than I thought
-
I like the amenities that were included and the location. The front desk staff were rude. You walk by and say Good Morning they just look at you and don’t speak.
-
Everything was exceptional. Will def choose this stay again
