Property was beautiful. The room was spacious and very nice. Bed was comfortable. Jackie at the front desk was fantastic and very welcoming. Overall a great experience.

This is a great place to stay. There is an outside area that is great if you are traveling with a dog. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The laundry machines are free.

The room was nice, bed was a little stiff for my liking but that's a personal problem. The pool was nice, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, very personal. The main downside is the pool table was broken. You can still play kinda, one of the sides is basically falling off so the balls won't rebound like they should. Other then that it was a good time.

Easy to find in a great location, with several places to eat within walking distance. The staff was great and I was in contact with them several times and never had a poor experience.

It was a great place to stay in the Franklin area for a night. I wished the pool had been open.

Bathroom in our room worst I've been in. Shower did no drain and there were ants everywhere

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with an issue I had with changing my reservation, (I had mistakenly booked a wrong date).

Needed to be cleaned more. Hallways were dirty and room could use shampooing of carpet and furniture. 1 staff member was doing best they could, sometimes gets busy

Location is difficult to get in and out of due to the proximity to the stop light. There was now breakfast. Location difficult to navigate.

Helpful and friendly staff but inconvenient access. Entrance only from one direction which requires u turns at busy intersections.

Condition of the property is very poor! I have buds in my room. TV didnt work. Conditioner was having a very bad smell. The room was falling apart. Worst smell experience ever! Awful!
