Convenience to going to Opry! Also close to attractions such as restaurants Close to movie theatre and mall and tourist attractions to tour for free. First off: I didn't know it was a time share place. I was there for family time not a MEETING. Once they found out i was not there for that, the staff was very cold. Also, beds caused by sciata to hurt. Also, the shower was too small, we all had to put a towel down in front of the door, and keep it open to shower. The couch and and chairs, looked nice, but were so hard, we couldn't rest on them. And another thing we were traveling with older disabled people including myself, and we had to climb stairs which was very dangerous for me for my balance is bad and it was difficult to climb and go down for each of us especially with luggage. I told the check person that we couldn't climb steps and were disabled, (They didn't want to help us get another room on the main level, all they said was your building is the only building with no elevator). That was rude.... I'm very disappointed..... The second guy i talked to said we gave give you your money back and a $100 or $200 if we wanted to go to a meeting... I was so mad at the point. I couldn't enjoy my stay there, because of the coldness of the staff and what we had to do every day going up and down the stairs and trying to shower that was not built for handicap people. I've stayed at many places and never had a little corner shower, that was made for a skinny person or kid. I wished i could have gotten my money back. Especially since they said they would if i went to a meeting. I'm not even eligible for a time-share, I've been told since i am single, and don't make that much money. It's awful how it wasn't even listed on Booking.com that it was on a second floor and no elevator and tiny showers. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Pool area was well maintained. Parking was adiqitt, however the spaces were tight.

Everything was AMAZING!!!! That you can’t cancel no matter what the circumstances are? I had a family emergency where I needed to be there but couldn’t like I wanted to because i couldn’t cancel my room so I had to leave my family and come here

Location was great. Door knobs falling off the pool, room so small we had to use the refrigerator as a counter top. Trim in the bathroom had 3/8" gaps Air vents appeared to have never been cleaned, dust/cobweb dangled from the inside of the vent covers. It seemed obvious that because we were not owners we were put in the worst possible room.

Location location location No food options on premises, workout room outdated and small, limited activities on premises

The outside property is very beautiful, quiet and this could be an amazing place to bring family and stay at but the combination of forcing you into a sales pitch at check in and then the room issues make it very less likely that we would return in the future.  We were a late check in and the check in process should not have been a sales pitch at all we were travelling for work and this left a horrible impression.

I suggested that they make sure all amenities, ie furnace, phone, dishwasher, are working before checking in guests.

The room was good. Needs some upgrades and maybe a good carpet cleaning. TV channels didn’t work

Clean rooms, good light, easy to find, and friendly staff. Made the stay for our recent conference at the nearby Convention Center relaxing and pleasant. Loved the large bathtub, too!

The kitchen had everything I needed and it was nice to have in room laundry available.
