We enjoyed this affordable hotel that was very clean. The pool area was fun, too!

Very nice overall. Service was a 4.5 but couldn't put that, just minor waits or inconveniences. My biggest disappointment was that I paid for the park view and the part of the park my room overlooked had a McDonald's first and then the park way back behind it. The wall to the balcony blocks the view of the rest of the park unless you're actually on the balcony (not an option to sit out there with Nashville summer heat and no chair). The construction in the room next store was only an annoyance once.

Stayed one night for family in Vanderbilt hospital. Only complaint is parking area smells like sewer and not as close hospital as expected. Breakfast buffet was ok with several selections.
-
4 stars only because we were disappointed that the restaurant and bar are closed for part of the day. Everything else was good.

Stay at this location when in town on business and this is why I keep coming back when in town !
-
Computer chair in room was broken. Card reader to get in and out of parking lot was not cooperative / had difficulty everytime (at both gates). But everything else was good. Conveniently located next to Vanderbilt Stadium and lots of restaurants. Would stay there again .

The only issue we had was they were doing renovations and started hammering and drilling at 8:00 which woke us up

This was indeed a great place to stay while we were visiting Nashville. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Especially Ms.Tanesha at the check in desk. She was very professional and and polite. She truly made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. We will definitely be coming back again!

My dad got put in the ICU so I had to fly to Nashville from Oregon. I was tired and scared and your staff was so sweet and accommodating to my needs and I really appreciated that. My stay has been a blessing. Thank you.

Location

Location was nice, price for the room was good. Check in took a long time for a Monday, only one associate was available with a very long line. Eventually a second associate showed, but by that time many were waiting. The room smelled like wet dog, which made the bed and pillows smell like a wet dog. The bathroom faucets were loose and need some maintenance as well as the bulkhead in the bathroom that is un-sanded joint compound. While I love the live music... It was too loud to sit comfortably in the restaurant.
