The rooms and bathrooms were clean and sizable, and the overall appearance of the hotel was nice. There was an odd musty odor when walking through the main lobby doors, but otherwise, the hotel was quite clean. We would stay there again.

Good service was able to switch rooms due to last minute change with no extra charge. Club package was worth it good appetizers and good breakfast glad I upgraded.

The lounge was nice and there were plenty of spots to sit/work/eat downstairs. Our toilet didn't work/flush well. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1 because we got in late, had to walk a long way to park, and weren't happy that the toilet didn't work. We just checked out after we got breakfast.

Perfect place to stay for stadium events

It was an easy, awesome stay and everyone was very helpful despite how busy they were for the Eagles concert. IT was one of the best stays we have ever had and we travel a lot. Nothing!

Room and hotel Paid premium for close walk back from concert to find mile plus detour out of the way past much lower priced hotels. Then breakfast buffet pulled at 9:00am and the staff couldn’t care less that 5-10 people were looking to eat at 9:05. They were not sharing any food after 9:00…again the I paid for. Then pushed to the valet and promptly waiting 1 hour for my car…not cool

The M Lounge is a very convenient benefit, but somewhat limited in breakfast offerings. The happy hour apps are a great treat. The coffee quality could be much better. Overall, this hotel is very accommodating and well located especially if needing to access the Vanderbilt campus.
