Great property. The only issue I had was the $45/night parking fee. It was not clear during the reservation process and would say that is very high. Other than that it was a great stay.

Place was nice and clean with a short walk to downtown. Staff was helpful and breakfast was just what we needed. We would stay here again.

Nice location close to downtown Nashville, 10min walking distance to downtown. Clean upgraded amenities , nice bathroom. The only thing I didn’t like is the shower leaked outside of the glass on the floor. So I kept soaking up the towels to clean it up.

Check in times should be prompt. We arrived after check-in time just to assure we got in immediately and then had to wait 30 minutes. Other than that, we had a positive experience.

This hotel is beautiful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing. Great location, we took a cab downtown as it was cheaper than parking there and our car was safe in the parking garage at hotel. Lots of comments stated seeing a lot of homeless people in the garage. We did not experience this. Garage was clean and not much foot traffic at all.

Loved everything about this hotel. Highly recommend. Perfect location for walking/exploring. Parked our car on arrival and never used it again until time to leave. Room was spacious and clean. Good variety at the morning breakfast spread provided. Only negative is the daily charge for parking.

Hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. The staff knows the area very well and can help you find restaurants throughout the downtown area. The breakfast was good and plenty of seating. The hotel is close to many tourist attractions. We walked all over downtown to the many different attractions and restaurants without any issues. The downtown area is nice.

If you don’t mind having housekeeping every 3 days, this is your place

We only stayed a night but we stayed with our two kids. The hotel was safe, clean, and all employees were very nice to not only us but to our kids too. The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel bar was great too. Our tv didn’t work in the room but we got in so late and left so early it didn’t matter. I let the hotel staff know and they were prompt to getting maintenance to assist. Would stay again!
