Casablanca Hotel by Library Hotel Collection

The Casablanca is the ONLY place we stay while in NYC. The staff is amazing, the rooms elegant and comfortable, the morning breakfast delicious and generous and the salon is our "living room" in NYC. It's open 24 x 7 with free snacks, water, coffee and tea. It's so lovely to have a comfortable place to relax besides our room that is not a bar or the lobby. Being right in Times Square is amazing as well - walking distance to every theatre and amazing restaurants. Try it out - you'll never stay anywhere else in NYC.

Excellent service from the moment we walked in through the time that we checked out. Property was beautiful and the lounge on the second floor was always well stocked with pastries and refreshments that were nice to have after coming back in from the city. Location was within walking distance of several major attractions, but also tucked away just enough to be on the quieter side. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Everything about our stay was excellent. A huge standout was the staff — they were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and really made the trip special. They were great to chat to and always opened the door when we were leaving and coming back to the hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic; it's just around the corner from Times Square (about a 15 second walk) and across the street from a subway station which made getting around incredibly easy. The facilities, cleanliness and comfort were top-notch. Breakfast was included in the resort fee, which was a huge bonus as there was a really good selection of food to choose from. Additionally, they had refreshments such as bottled water available all day also included in this resort fee. Breakfast and the refreshments and snacks were available in Rick's Café on the 2nd floor which had very polite and helpful staff. As for the room size: while it wasn't the biggest room I've ever stayed in, it certainly wasn't the smallest either. The room had a double bed with a table and 2 chairs, 2 bed side tables, a mini fridge, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe with a safe and most importantly for me, we had 2 suitcases open at the same time on the floor at the bottom of the bed with plenty of room to walk past without having to move the suitcases. Knowing how notoriously small New York hotel rooms can be, I was very happy with the size and felt it was great compared to other hotels in the area. Highly recommend!

A very charming and enjoyable hotel for our stay in New York. It's literally right off of Time's Square, which also means right on Broadway, the reason for our stay. It was in walking distance of all of the theatres and even other locations like the Museum of Modern Art. The staff was very courteous and helpful at all hours, no matter how early or late. I intend to stay here again on my next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Casablanca Hotel during our first trip to New York. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — from reception and the doormen to the lovely team at Rick’s Café during breakfast. We were especially grateful for the beautiful surprise waiting in our room to celebrate our engagement. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more memorable. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet, with great air conditioning which was much appreciated during the hot weather. The location is perfect — just steps away from Times Square, yet the room was peaceful and a great place to rest after exploring the city. Thank you to the whole Casablanca team for making our first NYC trip so special. If we return to New York, we will definitely choose Casablanca again!
