Fairfield Inn & Suites New York Midtown Manhattan/Penn Station

Clean, quiet, cool room. Looked after our bags all day until check in at 4. Friendly staff. Room was ok but a bit small for 4. Could have provided larger free water bottles. Breakfast was simple but ok.

Great location next to Moynihan Hall / Penn Station and close to MSG! It is also close to K-town, good sushi restaurant (Blue Ribbon), Starbucks, Blue Bottle Coffee, a Target, and CVS. The staff was awesome! So nice and eager to help. The rooms were a decent size for NYC and clean. The view was great and liked how you could crack open the window to get some airflow. The breakfast is included and convenient. The hotel does need a refresh but given the location and value, it was not as big of a deal.

I liked that it was next to MSG (We had a concert there). and close to Penn Station. Also that the hotel served breakfast, and best of all it had laundry service. Overall the stay was perfect. I don't have anything to say about, what I didn't like. We enjoy our hotel, and it's amenities.

Location excellent for access to Penn Station Room simple but ok and bed comfortable No water to take a shower in the morning or to brush our teeth. We were given a bottle of water that was then BILLED TO US! Now we are getting small amounts billed to our credit card (the one we showed for “security”. THIS IS NOT SECURE FOR US!!! I am going to ask the bank to stop paying you.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast choices were very good and the dining area was kept nice. There was coffee in the lobby at all times, and they made fresh decaf coffee later in the evening when we asked for it. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. We had 3 rooms and my Uncle's room was not ready until 5:30pm which was problematic since he is 88. There was a cleaning cart in the hallway of our floor (6th fl) 24/7 and we had to walk around it when exiting the elevator or visiting family's room. The elevators often didn't work and there were long waits which made them very crowded.

The rooms are clean but I always prefer to Get the bigger room close to the Train station.

Perfect location for my elderly parents. Traveled by subway and uber without any problems. Entire staff were amazing.

My stay was great. Room was perfect. I walked to all restaurants and attractions. Whole Foods is nearby which was great I didn't have a view.

Good size clean room and comfortable bed. In front of Amtrak station so walk. Good breakfast.

I had a fabulous experience at The Penn Station Fairfield. It’s in a great, convenient location right across the street from Penn and MSG- and a few blocks from Hudson Yards and Times Square. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were always cheerful and helpful. The daily breakfast exceeded my expectations in choice and variety. It’s not continental like a lot of hotels- eggs, meats, waffles, sausages, oatmeal, pancakes and more. I would surely stay there in my next trip to NYC. Maybe the elevators could be speedier
