This property can use some updating, my room was missing a night light on one side of bed. It was ripped off wall & never replaced. The club on the rooftop did not allow us to have a restful night, it was loud beyond comfort. Sadly I would not return to this property & the neighborhood is very congested with tons of kids screaming, bar hopping, clubbing & not relaxing at all!!! It was all night into the morning hours! Extremely disappointed as I booked this night for my husbands Father’s Day celebration.

The pool wasn’t open but Mr. Purple was a blast
-
We got this hotel for the city view and the rooftop pool. There was no city view and the pool was closed down for maintenance
-
This is not a place to stay with children. They should make it more clear when booking that there is an entire nightclub on the rooftop so kids will not be able to use pool or even go up the roof past 9pm and good luck getting an elevator from 9pm on they are filled with the intoxicated club goers.

Good location

The room was great. But the lobby and halls are purposely designed as grundge which we found off-putting. Also of the 3 nights we stayed, the rooftop was reserved by private parties for two of them. So don't count on having access. Also the fridge is tiny and filled with their stock for sale. So don't count on it for your own drinks or leftovers. Location was great!

Exceptional

Unique hotel in the hustle and bustle of lower east side. The room was decent in cleanliness. The room smelled a little stale and was a little dusty. Nothing a good wipe down couldn’t fix. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Stayed a few floors down from Mr. Purple and it got busy and loud during evening hours, but noise level was sort of manageable. Overall decent stay for four days.

Very modern, fun, clean Honestly nothing comes to mind

The hotel was very disappointing. The pool was drained, there was no bar open to the public so there was nowhere to get a cup of coffee or a drink. The rooms were disappointing. The only plus was the bed was comfortable. I would not recommend staying there.

The hotel was in a great location, very well maintained, staff was extremely friendly and our room was generously sized. Even though there was a good amount of night life in the area, our room was still quiet. Best part - breakfast on the roof each morning with a terrific view of the city. Would highly recommend!

Great location !

I was in New York celebrating my 10-year wedding anniversary, which is the reason I remained happy and positive throughout most of the trip. The city itself, the occasion, and the time spent with my husband made the week special. As for the hotel, the location was convenient and some staff members were courteous, but unfortunately the property itself did not contribute positively to what should have been a memorable stay. the main issue was excessive rooftop noise and bass vibrations that repeatedly interfered with sleep. I was relocated from Room 1809 to Room 0704, but the disturbance remained present even after the room change. Additional concerns included an unavailable pool, fitness center limitations, air conditioning issues, excessive elevator wait times, and a breakfast offering that did not meet expectations for a stay costing more than $3,200. Overall, the experience did not reflect the quality, comfort, or value advertised by the property.

As long as you’re not by the club you’re fine. The bathrooms do have mildew but they’re updated. Pool was closed which was the main reason we picked the hotel (week after Memorial Day). Staff was friendly. They do have free Citi bike passes and minibar credits. This is one of the cheaper places to stay in NYC. It’s priced correctly, spend more if you want perfection.

We paid to include breakfast, hotel said we would have to talk to hotels.com to get a dispute because all they were giving us was a meal voucher for breakfast. Meaning I ended up paying even more for breakfast. At 11am I was told they had no food left and they were about to close (we were told breakfast was from 7a-12p). The food left was miserable, I could have gotten something better at Starbucks and spent less money. Do not stay at this place.

Property was very nice and the location was amazing. Wish the pool would have been open. That was very disappointing considering we booked months in advance and were told the pool would be open at least 2 weeks before we arrived.
-
Great hotel and lots of places nearby. Only thing that was disappointing is the pool being closed but enjoyed my stay. The views are beautiful and the hotel was very clean.

It was a nice and easy check in and check out process. Staff were friendly and courteous. Everything is super close and would stay again. Parking is awful as expected but there was a garage done the block for $50 a night.
